Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Once an order has shipped, customers will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information when available.

Estimated Delivery Time

Our estimated delivery time is generally 7–21 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, holidays, weather conditions, customs procedures, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Shipping Rates

For U.S. orders, our current standard shipping charge is $5.98. Orders of $70.00 USD or more qualify for free shipping, subject to the shipping options displayed at checkout.

The final shipping charge will always be shown before the customer completes payment.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, customers can use the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation to monitor the shipment.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after the carrier receives the package.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
